摘要
目前,绝大多数的高架桥施工都会先用装配化钢箱梁作为施工的主体结构形式。该技术是一种新型桥梁施工技术形式,相关施工构件可以在工厂内完成标准化生产,再运输到施工现场,由专业的施工人员进行组合安装,显著提升了施工效率与质量,对于提升城市交通建设水平有着重要的意义。文章对高架桥钢箱梁装配化施工技术进行分析,研究施工中的技术控制要点,并结合江海大道东延工程实例,分析如何开展施工工作,讨论可行的施工方法,旨在帮助施工人员有效使用高架桥钢箱梁装配化施工技术,提升施工总体质量。
At present, most viaduct construction will first use assembled steel box girders as the main structural form of construction. This technology is a new type of bridge construction technology. The related construction components can be completed by the standardized production in the factory, and then be transported to the construction site for combined installation by professional builders, which obviously improves the construction efficiency and quality and is of great significance to improve the level of urban transportation construction. This paper analyzes the assembly construction technology of the viaduct steel box girder, studies the technical control points in construction, and combines with the example of the East Extension Project of Jianghai Avenue to analyzes how to carry out construction work and discuss feasible construction methods, aiming at helping construction personnel to effectively use the assembly construction technology of the viaduct steel box girder and improve the overall quality of construction.
