腐熟樟子松鳞基质研究

摘要 为了制备具有通气性、吸水性、养分含量充足的植物栽培基质,以樟子松鳞为原料对其碱预处理、C/N调整后,添加菌剂进行腐熟,研究了不同含水率对樟子松鳞腐熟的影响。添加EM(复合)菌剂和碱预处理樟子松鳞能够显著缩短腐熟改性时间,腐熟改性过程中含水率为60%时效果最好:Z组樟子松鳞干密度、湿密度和非毛管孔隙率分别为0.217 g/cm~3、0.603 g/cm~3、29.5%;Z组樟子松鳞干密度、湿密度和非毛管孔隙率分别为0.208 g/cm~3、0.693 g/cm~3、43.7%。经过元素分析测试,两组的C/N分别为29.557 7和22.836 5,未处理组C/N为222.617 8,相比前两者下降幅度较大。经过腐熟处理的樟子松鳞表现出优良的通气性和吸水性能。经过腐熟处理后樟子松鳞Z组营养元素Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn分别增加了8.2%、56.4%、16.3%、33.2%。 In order to prepare a plant cultivation substrate with aeration,water absorption,and sufficient nutrient content,the Mon‐golica scales were used as raw materials to be pretreated with alkali,and C/N adjustment,followed by adding bacterial agents for de‐composition,the effect of different moisture content on the decaying of the Mongolica scales was studied.It showed that adding EM bacteria agent and alkali pretreatment to the pinus sylvestris scale could significantly shorten the maturation modification time.The effect was best when the moisture content in the maturation modification process was 60%.The dry density,wet density,and noncapillary of the camphor pine bark of group Zwas 0.217 g/cm~3,0.603 g/cm~3,and 29.5%,respectively.Those indicators above in group Zwere 0.208 g/cm~3,0.693 g/cm~3,and 43.7%,respectively.After elemental analysis and testing,the C/N values of the two groups were 29.557 7,and 22.836 5,respectively,which was significantly lower than that of the untreated group C/N ratio of222.617 8.The bark of Mongolica after decomposing treatment showed excellent water absorption and aeration properties.After de‐composing,the nutrient elements of Zgroup,i.e.,Fe,Mg,Mn,and Zn increased by 8.2%,56.4%,16.3%,33.2%,respectively.
