摘要
针对深基坑大直径玻璃钢管垂直吊装和水平运输引入、管道抗浮设计及支撑安装、管道对接安装、水压试验等方面的施工难点,进行了对策性研究。研制了一种大口径管道引入安装的辅助装置,改进了支撑抗浮装置,对不同材质管道对接研究进行了应用,并结合行业的先进施工工艺,改进和完善了深基坑大直径玻璃钢管的施工工艺,以期为今后类似工程提供参考。
In view of the construction difficulties in vertical hoisting and horizontal transportation of large diameter GFRP pipes in deep foundation pit,pipeline anti floating design and support installation,pipeline butt installation,hydraulic test,etc.,countermeasures are studied.A typeof auxiliary device for large diameter pipeline introduction and installation is developed,the supporting anti floating device is improved,the joint research of pipes of different materials is applied,and the construction technology of large diameter GFRP pipe for deep foundation pit is improved and perfected in combination with the advanced construction technology of the industry,so as to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
