摘要 海洋气象环境复杂多变,海上风电机组快速吊装技术对充分利用施工窗口期完成风电场建设工作至关重要。在海上风机吊装过程中,需针对施工中的不利天气因素,选取合适的吊装设备,优化施工工艺,减小冗余时间浪费。结合江苏如东某4 MW海上风电机组的施工作业情况,介绍开展海上风电机组快速吊装关键技术研究:施工船机移船定位、底段塔筒预组装、塔筒吊装、机舱-轮毂组合体吊装和风机叶片吊装。该吊装技术可大大缩短吊装作业时间,保证施工进度,可为类似海上风电场项目提供参考。 The marine meteorological environment is complex and changeable.The rapid hoisting technology of offshore wind turbine is very important to make full use of the construction window to complete the construction of wind farm.In the process of offshore wind turbine hoisting,it is necessary to select appropriate hoisting equipment,optimize the construction process and reduce the waste of redundant time according to the adverse weather factors in the construction.Combined with the construction operation of a 4 MW offshore wind turbine in the Yellow Sea,the research on the key technologies of rapid hoisting of offshore wind turbine is mainly carried out from the following aspects:moving and positioning of construction ship and machine,pre-assembly of bottom section tower,tower hoisting,hoisting of engine room-hub assembly and hoisting of fan blades.The hoisting technology can greatly shorten the operation time of hoisting and ensure the progress of construction,and can provide reference for similar offshore wind farm projects.
