摘要
以数字化、网络化和智能化为特征的智能建造正推动着建筑业改革发展和转型升级。分析了地方高校在工程管理专业人才培养中存在着实践教学内容及教学方式不能及时迭代更新、教师缺乏与时俱进的工程实践能力、产教融合流于形式等问题,提出地方高校应从工程项目全生命周期视角出发,注重多学科交叉整合,通过创新实践教学课程体系、加强学生BIM实践技能培养、提高师资队伍实践教学水平等方面强化实践教学环节,从而提升学生从事智能建造的工程实践能力与创新能力,为推动区域经济发展和产业转型升级提供人才保障。
The intelligent construction characterized by digitalization,networking and intelligentization is driving the reform,development,transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.This paper analyzes some problems existing in the practical teaching of engineering management specialty in local universities,such as the content of practical teaching cannot be updated in time,the teachers lack of the ability of engineering practice to keep pace with the times,and the integration of production and teachingis deepened slowly and formlessly.This paper puts forward that local universities should start from the perspective of the whole life cycle of engineering projects,take the professional certification in engineering education as the guide,pay attention to the interdisciplinary integrations,and strengthen practical teaching links by innovating practical teaching curriculum system,strengthen the training of students’ BIM practical skills,deepen the integration of production and education,and improve the practical teaching level of teachers,which can improve the students’ engineering practice ability and innovation ability in intelligent construction,and provide talent guarantee for promoting regional economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading.
