盾构法隧道断面变形特征有限元分析

Finite Element Analysis for Deformation Characteristics of Shield Tunnel

摘要 以上海轨道交通盾构法隧道为研究对象,建立有限元模型,分析盾构法隧道管片移动、转动以及变形程度,研究隧道断面变形特征。利用标准块水平直径以下部分绕下端部转动为主的断面变形特征,可反算标准块转角以及原始圆心坐标,并通过盾构法隧道受堆载影响导致的断面变形案例进行解算验证。 Taking the shield tunnel of Shanghai rail transit as the research object,a finite element model is established to analyze the movement,rotation and deformation of shield tunnel segment,and study the deformation characteristics of tunnel.According to the deformation characteristics of the standard segment below the horizontal diameter rotating mainly around the lower end,the rotation angle of standard segment and the original circle centre coordinates can be back-calculated.And the solution can be verified by the deformation cases of shield tunnel caused by stacking load.
