摘要
金湾航空城市民艺术中心工程屋盖钢网格体系造型独特,结构复杂,焊接难度大,焊接工艺评定是保证钢结构加工制作和安装焊缝质量的关键工序和条件。基于结构特点确定了焊接位置类型、接头坡口形式、焊接方法、焊接材料和工艺参数,选定了11组焊接工艺评定项目并进行试验。试验结果表明,各焊接接头的各项性能均满足相关规范和设计要求,保证了钢结构屋盖体系焊接的顺利进行。
The steel roof structure for Jinwan Civic Art Center adopts the structure system of spatial grid structure.Due to the architectural style is spectacular and shaped uniquely,difficult welding construction,welding procedure qualification tests are treated as the key process and condition to ensure the welding quality in the process of steel structure production and installation.Based on the structural characteristics,the relevant welding position and groove sketches,welding process,welding consumables and parameters are made accordingly.There are 11 groups of welding procedure qualification items were selected and tested.The testing results show every property of all welding joint could meet designer and standard’s requirements which ensures the smooth progress of welding construction for steel roof structure.
