本文研究分析了废旧耐火材料循环利用的利用方式和现状,针对钢铁、水泥行业用耐火材料进行调研和研究分析,通过反复试验和验证,得出钢铁、水泥用耐火材料循环利用的基本流程,制定了T/CBMF169-2022《钢铁、水泥用耐火材料循环利用规范》团体标准。通过T/CBMF169-2022《钢铁、水泥用耐火材料循环利用规范》团体标准的研究与制定,规范了钢铁、水泥用耐火材料的回收和处理工艺,提高了废旧耐火材料的利用率,达到节能、降耗、环保的目的。

This paper studies and analyzes the recycling mode and current situation of waste refractory materials,research and analysis on Refractory for Steel and Cement,through repeated tests and verification,the basic process of recycling refractories for steel and cement was obtained,The Group standard of specification for the recycling of Refractory for Steel and Cement(T/CBMF169-2022)has been formulated.Through the research and formulation of The Group standard of specification for the recycling of Refractory for Steel and Cement(T/CBMF 169-2022),It standardizes the recycling and treatment process of Refractory for steel and cement,The utilization rate of waste refractory was improved,Achievethe purpose of energy conservation,consumption reduction and environmental protection.
