摘要
目的:探讨四周抗阻训练对提升曲棍球运动员短角球技术的影响。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法等,将符合纳入标准的26名实验对象随机分成实验组、对照组进行进行抗阻训练实验,监测记录两组研究对象实验前后测试指标的变化情况。结果:四周抗阻训练后,实验组的发球时间、重心高度、最大躯干角、击球时踝角度、停球时间、停球躯干角、球棍与地面夹角与四周实验干预前相比均具有显著性差异(p<0.05);对照组各指标与实验前相比均无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:力量抗阻训练能够提升曲棍球运动员上肢力量,从而提高曲棍球运动员的短角球技术,相比于对照组,抗阻训练效果更加明显。
This paper aims to explore the influence of resistance training on the promotion of hockey players’ shortcorner skills. Methods: Twenty-six subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group received resistance training, while the control group did not receive resistance training. The changes of test indexes before and after the experiment were monitored and recorded. Results: After the four-week resistance training, the serving time, center of gravity height, maximum torso angle, ankle angle, stop time, stop torso angle, and the angle between bat and ground in the experimental group had significant differences compared with those before the four-week resistance training(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in each index of control group compared with that before experiment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Strength resistance training can improve the upper body strength of hockey players, so as to improve the shortcorner skill of hockey players. Compared with the control group, the effect of resistance training is more obvious.
