摘要 大功率的海上风机叶片较大,受到风力等影响,叶片的吊装较为困难,常规的吊装方法一般为叶轮整体吊装,对施工环境要求较高,人力物力消耗较大,因此提出一种海上风机叶轮吊装施工的新方法。首先进行塔筒安装:塔筒下段预拼装、塔筒下段安装、塔筒中段及上段安装;再进行机舱及轮毂组装:盘车安装、轮毂翻身、轮毂机舱组对;最后进行机舱及轮毂整体吊装以及叶片安装。 The blades of high-power offshore wind turbine are rather large,and its hosting installation is difficult due to the influence of wind.The conventional method is usually an integral hoisting of the runner,which is of high requirements on the construction environment and large consumption of the manpower and material resources.A new hosting construction method of the offshore wind turbine runner is proposed.The first step is the tower installation,including the pre-assembly and installation of the lower section,and the installation of the middle and upper sections.The assembly of the engine cabin and the runner hub is the second step,including the installation of the turning gear,turning over of the hub and the alignment of the hub and the cabin.The last step is the integral hosting of the engine cabin and the runner hub and the installation of blades.
