摘要
液压支架是煤炭开采的重要设备,主要担负着控制管理顶板、保证开采安全工作空间、保护开采设备的安全等工作,液压支架设备的优良直接决定了煤炭开采的生产效率。因此,研究液压支护设备应用和发展变得十分重要。本文主要综述了液压支架设备的研究现状,基于有限元仿真技术液压支架的发展和应用,并对液压支架的零部件基于数值仿真技术方面的参数优化进行了阐述与展望。
Hydraulic support is an important equipment for coal mining.It is mainly responsible for controlling and managing the roof,ensuring safe working space for mining,and protecting the safety of mining equipment.The quality of hydraulic support equipment directly determines the production efficiency of coal mining.Therefore,it is very important to study the application and development of hydraulic support equipment.This paper mainly summarizes the research status of hydraulic support equipment,the development and application of hydraulic support based on finite element simulation technology,and expounds and prospects the parameter optimization of hydraulic support components based on numerical simulation technology.
