水平管高效沉淀池在水厂扩建中的工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 因原水季节性低温低浊,某水厂需进行扩建。絮凝沉淀工艺选用“强化絮凝+筛板絮凝池+水平管高效沉淀池”,该工艺较平流沉淀池节省61%的占地。运行结果表明,低温低浊期满负荷运行时,滤前水浑浊度保持在3.00 NTU以下,滤后水浑浊度低于1.00 NTU,运行稳定,可达到预期效果。该技术沉淀效率高、占地面积小、原水适应性强、PAC药耗低,可超产20%,适用于用地面积有限和原水水质水量波动大的水厂扩建及新建工程。 A water treatment plant(WTP)was expanded due to the seasonally low temperature and low turbidity of raw water.The flocculation sedimentation process use"enhanced flocculation+screen plate flocculation tank+horizontal tube high-efficiency sedimentation tank".It saves 61%of the floor space compared with original treatment tank.Operation results show that the turbidity of pre-filtered water can be controlled at below 3.00 NTU when the tank is full load running at the low temperature and low turbidity period,the turbidity of filtered water is less than 1.00 NTU,and the operation is stable and meets expectations.This technology has the advantages of high precipitation efficiency,small footprint,strong raw water adaptability,and low PAC consumption,which can exceed 20%of the designed treated water.It is suitable for WTP expansion and new construction projects with limited land area and large fluctuation of raw water quality and quantity.
