Research on High-Quality Development of Autonomous Vehicle Industry in Guangdong Province

自动驾驶代表中国汽车产业战略方向,本文基于自动驾驶汽车市场、技术、价值链趋势判断,深入剖析了法律法规、长尾效应、产业安全、交通责任、数据安全等问题,务实地提出了广东省层面产业发展建议,包括制度顶层设计、原始创新能力提升、全产业链战略布局、多元化创业投资体系培育、广东强芯工程、产业领军人才引进、国家智能网联汽车质量检验中心组建、省级智能网联汽车云控平台搭建、交通安全法规责任完善等。

Autonomous driving represents the strategic direction of China’s vehicle industry.Based on the judgment of autonomous vehicle market,technology,and value chain trends,this paper deeply analyzes issues such as laws and regulations,long tail effect,industrial safety,traffic liability,and data security,and pragmatically proposes suggestions for industrial development at the provincial level in Guangdong Province,including the top-level design of the system,the improvement of original innovation capabilities,the strategic layout of the entire industry chain,the cultivation of diversified venture capital systems,the Guangdong Core-Strengthening Project,the introduction of industry leading talents,the establishment of the National Intelligent Network Connected Vehicle Quality Inspection Center,the establishment of provincial cloud control platform for intelligent network connected vehicles,and the improvement of traffic safety regulations and responsibilities.
