摘要
该文以真实发生在公共场合的话语冲突为语料,基于Spencer-Oatey的人际关系管理理论,从面子管理与社交权管理两方面进行分析,讨论人们在交际中违背人际关系管理理论的原因,并探究其实现方式。研究发现,交际者会出于发泄自身情绪、指责、想制止对方行为、维护自身面子等意图而违背人际关系管理理论,对对方的面子构成威胁,从而引发更激烈的冲突。公共场合冲突性话语的实现方式可分为4种:重复、反问句、詈骂语和威胁话语。
This paper chose conflict talk happened in public places as data.Based on Spencer-Oatey’s Rapport Management Theory,this paper analyzes the conversation between people from the perspective of face management and sociality rights management,discussing the reasons why people violate the Rapport Management Theory in communication and exploring how the violation is realized.It is found that communicators will violate the Rapport Management Theory on ground of venting their emotions,blaming,trying to stop another person’s behavior and saving their own face,which will pose a threat to another person’s face and intensify the conflict.The realization of conflict talk in public places includes repetition,rhetorical questions,swearing and threatening.
