“统筹思维”下地方高校实验室规划建设思考

Reflections on planning and construction of laboratories in local colleges and universities under “overall thinking”

实验室作为高校办学的基础和保障,近年来得到了长足的发展,针对地方高校实验室存在的管理机构不统一、管理职责不完善、管理队伍不健全、建设资源分散等方面的困扰,该文提出运用“统筹思维”进行实验室建设与管理,从加强管理统筹、规划统筹、资金统筹、协调统筹、人员统筹等方面,构建“大实验室”管理体系,破解地方高校实验室规划建设难题。

As the foundation and guarantee of running a university, laboratory has been greatly developed in recent years. In view of the problems existing in the laboratory of local colleges and universities, such as the inconsistency of management institutions, the imperfect management responsibilities, the unsound management team and the dispersion of construction resources, this paper puts forward the use of “overall thinking” for laboratory construction and management, and constructs the management system of “big laboratory” from the aspects of strengthening management overall planning, planning overall planning, capital overall planning,coordination overall planning and personnel overall planning to solve the problems of laboratory planning and construction in local colleges and universities.
