第四代篦冷机升级改造的应用经验 被引量:1

摘要 某水泥厂由于篦冷机改造较早,随产能优化的同时暴露出热回收效率低、固定端易积料、入窑二次、三次风温度波动大、尾部风室易漏料等问题,针对上述问题该企业开展篦冷机固定板、活动板及破碎机的升级改造,根据改造后实际生产效果评价发现升级后篦冷机运行稳定、无故障、冷却效果好、不漏料。相较升级之前明显降低了尾部风室漏料、吨熟料风量系统用煤量及耗电量等参数。升级改造投产以来,未曾发生因篦冷机造成的停产事故,同时企业在操作上不断优化,使窑系统产量逐步上升,各类运行经济技术指标逐渐达到最佳状态。 Due to the grate cooler transformation earlier in a cement factory,problems such as low heat recovery efficiency,easy accumulation of materials at the fixed end,high temperature fluctuation of the secondary and tertiary air in the kiln,and easy leakage of materials in the tail air chamber were exposed along with capacity optimization.In view of the above problems,the enterprise carried out the upgrading and transformation of the grate cooler fixed plate,movable plate and crusher.According to the evaluation of the actual production effect,it is found that the grate cooler runs stably,has no trouble,has good cooling effect and does not leak material.Compared with before upgrading,the parameters such as material leakage in the tail air chamber,air volume per ton of clinker,coal consumption and power consumption of the system are significantly reduced.Since the upgrading and transformation was put into operation,there has been no shutdown accident caused by the grate cooler.At the same time,the enterprise has continuously optimized the operation,so that the output of the kiln system has gradually increased,and all kinds of operation economic and technical indicators have gradually reached the best state.
