闭环式智能化ICU病房基数药品管理系统的应用

Application of closed-loop intelligent ICU ward base number drug management system

目的:探讨在ICU病房基数药品管理中实施闭环式智能化管理系统的效果。方法:于2020年1月-5月给予常规基数药品管理系统,2020年6月-12月采用闭环式智能化基数药品管理系统,比较环式智能化管理系统应用前、后工作效率。结果:应用后,临时医嘱摆药次数少于应用前,实现用药时间、非抢救药物拿取时间、临时医嘱药品平均调剂时间短于应用前,应用后患者及医务人员对ICU医务人员工作满意度高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU病房基数药品管理中实施闭环式智能化管理系统,可提升ICU医务人员工作效率、药品管理质量及医务人员满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of implementing a closed-loop intelligent management system in ICU ward base drug management.Methods:The conventional base drug management system was given from January to May 2020,the closed-loop intelligent base drug management system was adopted from June to December 2020,and the work efficiency before and after the application of the loop intelligent management system was compared.RESULTS:After application,the number of temporary doctor's orders was less than before application,and the time to achieve medication,the time to take non-rescue drugs,and the average dispensing time of temporary doctor's orders were shorter than before application.After application,patients and medical staff were satisfied with the work of ICU medical staff.higher than before application(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a closed-loop intelligent management system in the base drug management of ICU wards can improve the work efficiency of ICU medical staff,the quality of drug management and the satisfaction of medical staff.
