摘要
结合热压烧结工艺参数,分析了传统石墨模具在加工复杂形状刀头时存在服役次数低的现状,设计了新型SSP104烧结机应用镍基合金GH4169的热压烧结试验。结果表明,镍基合金GH4169在烧结温度820~840℃,烧结压强180~200 bar的新型SSP104烧结机上服役,单个阴模服役次数均超过2500个,远超目标值。验证了GH4169在SSP104烧结机上使用的可行性。
Based on the process parameters of Hot-Pressing Sintering,this paper analyzes the present situation of low service times of traditional graphite die in machining complex shape tool heads,a new SSP104 sintering machine is designed for Hot Pressing Sintering of Ni-base alloy GH4169.The results show that the Ni-base alloy GH4169 has been used on the new SSP104 sintering machine with sintering temperature 820~840℃and sintering pressure 180~200 bar.The number of service times of single negative mould is more than 2500,which is far beyond the target value.The feasibility of using GH4169 on SSP104 sintering machine is verified.
