摘要
目的:对比阿奇霉素单一用药和联合氨溴特罗口服溶液治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果及对白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月宜春市人民医院收治的80例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同将患儿分为单一组(n=39,阿奇霉素单一用药)和联合组(n=41,阿奇霉素和氨溴特罗口服溶液联合用药)。比较两组症状改善时间、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况;比较治疗前后两组IL-2、IL-10水平。结果:与单一组比较,联合组高烧消退时长、喘憋咳嗽消失时长、大便溏稀消失时长及肺啰音消失时长均缩短(P<0.05);与单一组比较,联合组治疗总有效率明显更高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组IL-2、IL-10水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后IL-2水平均升高,IL-10水平均降低(P<0.05);与单一组比较,治疗后联合组IL-2水平升高,IL-10水平降低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体肺炎患儿采用阿奇霉素和氨溴特罗口服溶液联合用药治疗可以缩短症状改善时间,抑制炎症反应,提升治疗效果,且不会增加不良反应的发生,该治疗方法安全有效。
Objective:To compare the effect of Azithromycin alone and combined Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children and its influence on the levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-10(IL-10).Method:A total of 80 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Yicun People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into single group(n=39,Azithromycin alone)and combination group(n=41,Azithromycin combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution).The symptom improvement time,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.The levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the single group,the duration of fever resolution,wheezing cough disappearance,loose stool disappearance and lung rales disappearance in the combination group were shorter(P<0.05).Compared with single group,the total effective rate of combination group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-2 were increased and the levels of IL-10 were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with single group,the level of IL-2 was increased and the level of IL-10 was decreased in combination group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Azithromycin and Ambroxol Hydrochloride and Clenbuterol Hydrochloride Oral Solution in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can shorten the time of symptom improvement,inhibit inflammatory reaction,improve the treatment effect,and will not increase the occurrence of adverse reactions.This treatment method is safe and effective.
