摘要
针对某印染工业园区废水可生化性差、盐分高、氯离子浓度高的特点,采用预处理-水解-AO生化处理-芬顿高级氧化-中和脱气-絮凝沉淀-砂滤-消毒组合工艺,处理后出水可稳定达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂排放标准》一级A标准。介绍了废水的水质特征、处理工艺、主要处理构筑物及设计参数、工程运行效果。
In view of the characteristics of wastewater from a printing and dyeing industrial park such as:poor biodegradability, high salinity, and high chlorine ions concentration, a combined process of pretreatment-hydrolysis-AO biochemical treatment-Fenton advanced oxidation-neutralization and degassing-flocculation sedimentation-sand filtration-disinfection was used to treat it. After the treatment, the effluent water quality could stably met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Discharge standard for urban sewage treatment plant. The wastewater characteristics, treatment process, design parameters of main structures, and project operation effect, were introduced.
