摘要
早熟棉在我国棉花生产中占有很大的比重(75%以上),常年连作造成了病虫害的发生和棉田杂草危害日趋严重,通过基因工程解决这些问题迫在眉睫。根据国内近30年早熟棉体细胞再生研究和早熟棉转基因研究进展,遴选出能够作为早熟棉转基因受体的优选品种,从筛选早熟棉高频再生纯合系作为转基因受体和建立农杆菌介导的早熟棉高效转化体系2个方面对早熟棉转基因研究提出了展望,为创制抗病虫、抗除草剂、抗旱和耐盐碱的早熟棉新种质奠定基础。
Early maturing cotton accounts for a large proportion(more than 75%)in China’s cotton production,perennial continuous cropping has caused the occurrence of diseases and pests and the increasingly serious harm of weeds in cotton fields.It is urgent to solve these problems through genetic engineering.Based on the research progress of somatic cell regeneration and transgenic of early maturing cotton in China in recent 30 years,the preferred varieties that can be used as transgenic receptors for early maturing cotton were selected,the prospect of transgenic research on early maturing cotton was put forward from two aspects:screening high-frequency regenerated homozygous lines of early maturing cotton as transgenic receptors and establishing efficient transformation system of early maturing cotton mediated by Agrobacterium tumefaciens,it lays a foundation for creating new germplasm of early maturing cotton with disease and insect resistance,herbicide resistance,drought resistance and salt tolerance.
