生鲜农产品冷链物流配送问题及路径规划--以S公司为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国国民经济日益剧增和生活水平的不断提高,生鲜农产品的需求量与日剧增,人们越来越重视产品的质量问题,对生鲜电商等企业的运输效率提出了更高的要求,冷链物流也迎来了新的发展契机。目前各个企业皆存在着配送成本过高、配送不及时、配送路线不合理等问题,解决配送成本并提高配送效率等问题成为了各个企业在物流行业中提高竞争力的核心因素。鉴于此,文章以S公司存在的路径规划问题为例,针对配送路径问题,在参考现有研究成果的基础上,运用遗传算法,结合S公司目前的配送路径,以固定成本、变动成本、损货成本等成本最小为研究目标,建立相关的模型,并提出控制物流成本、加大冷链物流的基础设施投入、对路径进行优化的对策建议,为进一步提高企业配送效率和增加顾客满意度的同时降低了配送成本、增加行业的核心竞争力。 With the rapid growth of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,the demand for fresh agricultural products is increasing day by day.People pay more and more attention to the quality of products,put forward higher requirements for the transportation efficiency of fresh e-commerce and other enterprises,and cold chain logistics has also ushered in a new development opportunity.At present,all enterprises have problems such as high distribution cost,untimely distribution and unreasonable distribution route.Solving the problems of distribution cost and improving distribution efficiency has become the core factor for all enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the logistics industry.In view of this,taking the path planning problem of S company as an example,aiming at the distribution path problem,on the basis of referring to the existing research results,this paper uses genetic algorithm,combined with the current distribution path of S company,takes the minimization of fixed cost,variable cost and damaged goods cost as the research goal,establishes relevant models,and puts forward the control of logistics cost.The countermeasures and suggestions of increasing the infrastructure investment of cold chain logistics and optimizing the path not only further improve the enterprise distribution efficiency and increase customer satisfaction,but also reduce the distribution cost and increase the core competitiveness of the industry.
