在妊娠期和产后期间发生主动脉夹层的患者死亡率较高,目前还缺乏对妊娠期主动脉夹层的全面概述。本文围绕主动脉夹层的流行病学、诊断、风险评估以及妊娠期管理相关问题加以论述。

Aortic dissection during pregnancy and postpartum is associated with higher mortality.Currently,there is lack of a comprehensive overview of aortic dissection during pregnancy.This article is aim to review the epidemiology,diagnosis,risk assessment and pregnancy management of aortic dissection.
