儿科住院医师规范化培训“教学联盟”模式的探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 目的探索如何发挥大学附属医院教学资源输出及辐射带动作用,提升县级综合医院儿科住院医师规范化培训(住培)基地培训质量的新模式。方法2021年3—7月县级综合医院(简阳市人民医院)与大学附属医院(成都医学院第一附属医院)建立儿科住培基地“教学联盟”,共享教学师资、教学课件,共建教学流程、教学标准,定期进行教学指导交流,共同开展教学研究。结果住院医师满意度、月度考核成绩均有不同程度的提升,住院医师满意度由85.2%逐步提升至95.3%;师资带教能力明显改善,教学查房督导结果显示教学查房日益规范;建立儿童技能中心,规范技能培训过程;采取教学小组组长负责,教学秘书、教学专岗协助的教学管理体系,强化教学督导,使专业基地管理更加科学高效。结论该“教学联盟”模式不仅充分利用大学附属医院基地的教学优势,提高了基层医院住培基地的培训质量,也促进了教学医院基地的发展,值得进一步探索和推广。 Objective To explore a new model by which it is possible to give full play to the output and radiation effect of teaching resources of university affiliated hospitals and improve the training quality of pediatric standardized training of residents(residency training)bases in county-level general hospitals.Methods From March to July 2021,the county-level general hospital(the People’s Hospital of Jianyang City)and the university affiliated hospital(the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College)established a"teaching alliance"of pediatric residency training base,in which teaching teachers and teaching courseware were shared,teaching processes and teaching standards were jointly established,teaching guidance and communication was regularly conducted,and teaching research was jointly carried out.Results The satisfaction of residents and monthly assessment results were improved to varying degrees.The satisfaction of residents gradually increased from 85.2%to 95.3%.Clinical tutor’teaching ability was significantly improved,and the results of ward round teaching supervision showed that ward round teaching became increasingly standardized.A pediatric skill center was established to standardize the skill training process.A teaching management system was built,in which the head of the teaching group played a leading role while the teaching secretary and the teaching specialist acted as assistants,so as to strengthen the teaching supervision and make the management of the professional training base more scientific and efficient.Conclusion The"teaching alliance"model not only makes full use of the teaching advantages of the university affiliated hospital base to improve the training quality of the residency training base of grass-roots hospitals,but also promotes the development of the teaching hospital base.It is worthy of further exploration and promotio n.
