摘要
随着现代医学模式向生物-心理-社会医学转变,对医学教育的要求更加侧重于临床实践和医学人文、共情能力等综合素质的培养。文学影视作品渗透了现代生活的方方面面,具有巨大的影响力。作为一种学生喜闻乐见的艺术形式,选择有相关疾病情节描述的优秀文学影视作品,并将其进行应用于内科学风湿病的理论和临床实践教学中,可以活跃课堂气氛、提高学生的参与度,在寓教于乐的过程中、培养学生的临床观察能力和病例分析能力,使其理解患者及家属的处境和情感,从而更好地引导学生提高共情的能力。而医学人文素质和共情能力的培养有助于医学临床实践和构建良好的医患关系。因此,文学影视作品在教学中作为人文素材引入是一种值得提倡的教学方式。
With the transformation of modern medical model to bio-psycho-social medicine,the requirements of medical education are more focused on the cultivation of clinical practice,medical humanities,empathy and other comprehensive qualities.Literary film and television works have penetrated into every aspect of modern life and have great influence.As a popular art form,students choose to have related diseases plot description of good literature,film and television works,and is applied to the internal medicine rheumatism theory and clinical practice teaching,can active classroom atmosphere,improve the students'participation,in the process of learning,to better develop the students'ability of clinical observation and case analysis,So that they can better understand the situation and emotion of patients and their families,so as to better guide students to improve the ability of empathy.The cultivation of medical humanistic quality and empathic ability is helpful to medical clinical practice and the construction of a good doctor-patient relationship.Therefore,the introduction of literary film and television works as humanistic materials in teaching is a teaching method worth advocating.
