彩色多普勒超声诊断胆囊息肉样病变的准确性分析

Accuracy Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Polypoid Lesions of Gallbladder

目的:探讨在诊断胆囊息肉样病变时使用彩色多普勒超声的准确性。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在本院就诊的胆囊息肉样病变患者80例。分别对80例患者采取CT诊断以及彩色多普勒超声诊断,并与患者术后病理检查结果进行对比,观察彩色多普勒超声诊断检查的临床价值。结果:以病理学诊断结果作为金标准,彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检查结果诊断准确率为95%,CT诊断检查结果诊断准确率为85%,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:在诊断胆囊息肉样病变时采用彩色多普勒超声检查可提高诊断准确率,安全性较高,可为临床诊断提供有效参考。

Objective:To investigate the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of polypoid lesions of gallbladder.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions were selected from January 2019 to December 2019 in our hospital.CT diagnosis and color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis were taken in these 80 patients,and compared with postoperative pathological examination results,to observe the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis.Results:With pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic instrument was 95%,and that of CT was 85%.The difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and has high safety in the diagnosis of polypoid lesions of gallbladder,which can provide an effective reference for clinical diagnosis.
