概述了自然保护区的内涵,分析了林业资源保护利用的意义,指出了自然保护区林业资源保护利用现存不足,包括责任体系不健全、补偿机制不完善、缺乏部门联动、缺乏科学指导、管理资金不足等;并列举了相应的管理策略,包括完善法律法规、完善林业资源保护机制设计、增加保护区资金投入、提升工作人员专业素质、制定基于科学技术导向的林业产业发展规划、完善林业资源保护利用信息化建设等。以期为相关工作者提供参考。

Summarized the connotation of nature reserves and analyzed the significance of forest resources protection and utilization;Pointed out the existing shortcomings of the protection and utilization of forest resources in nature reserves,including the imperfect responsibility system,the imperfect compensation mechanism,the lack of departmental linkage,the lack of scientific guidance,and the lack of management funds;Listed the corresponding management strategies,including improving laws and regulations,improving the design of forestry resources protection mechanism,increasing the investment in the reserve,improving the professional quality of staff,formulating the forestry industry development plan based on science and technology,and improving the information construction of forestry resources protection and utilization.It is expected that this paper can provide some reference for relevant workers.
