摘要
内部气氛含量过高容易导致元器件的失效。首先,介绍了内部气氛引起元器件失效的4种类型;然后,分析和总结了造成元器件失效的机理;最后,提出了应对内部气氛引起失效的相关建议,对于降低相关失效率,提高产品可靠性具有一定的指导意义。
Excessive internal atmosphere content can easily lead to failure of components.First,the four types of component failure caused by internal atmosphere are introduced.Then,the mechanism of component failure is analyzed and summarized.Finally,relevant suggestions for dealing with the failure caused by internal atmosphere are put forward,which has certain guiding significance for reducing the related failure rate and improving product reliability.
