摘要
设计塔器时除应考虑内压、外压和液柱静压力外,还应考虑风载荷、地震载荷、偏心载荷、容器自重及管道推力等其他外载荷。当风载荷和地震载荷起主要作用时,按相关标准提供的等面积法(仅考虑压力载荷)进行塔器开孔补强设计有时是不安全的。提出采用组合应力法校核塔器开孔处的强度,并结合工程实例论证了将组合应力法和等面积法相结合进行塔器开孔补强计算的必要性。
For the design of the towers,in addition to internal pressure,external pressure, and liquid column static pressure,other external loads such as wind load,seismic load,eccentric load,vessel self-weight,and pipeline thrust should also be considered. When the tower is mainly affected by wind load and earthquake load,it is not safe for opening reinforcement calculation to use an equal-area method(only considering pressure). The combined stress method was proposed for the strength check of the opening on the towers.Based on engineering examples,the necessity and validity were demonstrated for the calculation of the openings and reinforcement on the tower by a combination of the equal-area method and combined stress method.
