摘要 针对跨黄河复杂地质桥梁水中墩锁口钢管桩围堰施工,以在黄河主河槽上施工的磴口黄河特大桥59#墩承台为例,就锁口钢管桩围堰的设计及施工进行分析,总结关键技术。该桥地质复杂,采用锁口钢管桩围堰施工,为后续承台施工创造良好的无水施工条件。该技术通过对锁口钢管桩加工、导向架布设、测量定位、钢管桩插打及安装内支撑等工序进行严格把控,最后达到锁口止水效果,且具有操作简单,可循环利用,降低经济成本的特点。 Aiming at the construction of pier locking steel pipe pile cofferdams in water of bridges with complex geological conditions across the Yellow River,taking the 59#pier cap of the Dengkou Super Bridge constructed on the main river channel of the Yellow River as an example,the design and construction of locking steel pipe pile cofferdam is discussed and key technologies are summarized.The bridge has a complex geology and is constructed with a cofferdam of locking steel pipe piles to create good water-free construction conditions for the subsequent construction of the cap.The installation of internal supports as well as other procedures such as guide frame layout,measurement and positioning,pipe pile driving and so on are strictly controlled,and finally the effect of locking and water-stopping is achieved,with the characteristics as simple operation,recycling,and low economical costs.
