摘要
目的探讨卡式微柱凝胶法、凝聚胺法对输血前患者血型及红细胞不规则抗体的检测价值。方法收集2018年12月至2021年12月于商丘市第一人民医院接受输血治疗的140例患者的临床资料,所有患者血液样本均使用卡式微柱凝胶法、凝聚胺法两种技术检测血型及红细胞不规则抗体。分析输血前患者应用不同技术对血型及红细胞不规则抗体的检测价值。结果卡式微柱凝胶法检测正确139例,其中A型44例,B型46例,O型41例,AB型8例;凝聚胺法检测正确132例,其中A型41例,B型44例,O型39例,AB型8例;卡式微柱凝胶法对ABO血型及Rh血型一次准确率高于凝聚胺法(P<0.05);卡式微柱凝胶法共检出不规则抗体阳性3例,其中抗-c 1例,抗-E 1例,抗-D 1例,凝聚胺法检出1例抗-E不规则抗体阳性,两组差异不规则抗体检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡式微柱凝胶法、凝聚胺法两种检测技术对输血前患者血型及红细胞不规则抗体均有较好检测价值,但卡式微柱凝胶法在血型检测中效果更好。
Objective To explore the value of Card microcolumn gel method and polybrene method in the detection of blood group and erythrocyte irregular antibody in patients before blood transfusion.Methods The clinical data of 140 patients who received blood transfusion in Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2021 were collected,the blood group and irregular antibody of red blood cell of blood samples in all patients were detected by Card microcolumn gel method and polybrene method.The value of different techniques in the detection of blood group and irregular antibody of red blood cell in patients before blood transfusion was analyzed.Results A total of 139 cases were correctly detected by the Card microcolumn gel method.Among them,44 cases were A type,46 cases were B type,41 cases were O type,8 cases were AB type.A total of 132 cases were correctly detected by polybrene method,among them 41 cases were A type,44 cases were B type,39 cases were O type,8 cases were AB type.The one time accuracy rate of Card microcolumn gel method for ABO blood group and Rh blood group was higher than that of polyamide method(P<0.05).After testing,there were 3 cases of irregular antibody positive detected by Card microcolumn gel method.Among them,1 cases were anti-c,1 cases were anti-E,1 cases were anti-D,and 1 cases were positive for anti-E irregular antibody by the polybrene method.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of irregular antibodies between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Two kinds of detection techniques such as Card microcolumn gel method and polybrene method have good value in detecting blood type and irregular antibody of red blood cells in patients before blood transfusion,but the Card microcolumn gel method has better effect in blood type detection.
