NLR、PLR在分化型甲状腺癌患者诊治中的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 甲状腺癌(thyroid carcinoma,TC)是内分泌系统及头颈部恶性肿瘤中最为常见的恶性肿瘤,约占所有内分泌癌的96%,占所有癌症的3%。在中国,TC发病率以每年20%的速度持续增长[1]。甲状腺乳头状癌(papillary thyroid carcinoma,PTC)、甲状腺滤泡状癌(follicular thyroid,carcinoma,FTC)及二者混合型,分化程度好,合称为分化型甲状腺癌(differentiated thyroid carcinoma,DTC),约占TC的80%~90%。DTC保留了部分甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞的功能,在131 I治疗中发挥着重要而独特的作用。经过规范化的手术、131 I治疗及甲状腺激素替代抑制治疗后,DTC患者5年生存率达97%,10年生存率大于90%[2],但仍有2.3%~12.7%在治疗或随访期间发生肺或骨转移[3]。因此,如何早期识别高危转移和预后不良的患者具有重要的临床意义。
