国内“破五唯”政策大环境下科技期刊将如何发展

近期受到广大学者广泛关注的关于开展清理“唯论文、唯帽子、唯职称、唯学历、唯奖项”专项行动,俗称“破五唯”,其根源在唯论文。论文是科研人员在实验基础上对自然科学等研究领域现象的科学分析、综合研究和阐述,具有学术性、创新性和科学性。各个高校和科研机构用论文来衡量科研工作者学术成就和科研成果,其出发点并无不妥。只是近年来在科技领域存在过分倚重倾向、将论文作为决定性的科研评价标准的行为,这种行为严重影响学术生态,故科学评价体系的创新和实践已经迫在眉睫。中文科技期刊要抓住机会科学谋划、精准发力,将期刊办成国内外具有重要影响的学术出版物。

But in recent years, in the field of science and technology, there is a tendency to rely too much on the paper, the paper as the whole, only or decisive scientific research evaluation criteria, seriously affecting the academic ecology in China. It is urgent to implement the scientific evaluation system. Chinese periodicals should seize the opportunity to make scientific planning and precise efforts, so as to build periodicals with important influence at home and abroad.
