耳穴疗法的临床研究进展

耳穴是耳上分布的一些特定区域,是人体各部位在耳上的反应点,既能够反映身体的生理、病理情况,也能够接受、传导刺激以调理机体机能。耳穴疗法就是通过刺激耳上相应的反应区来防治疾病的方法。耳穴疗法以传统医学的经络、脏腑为基础,结合现代医学手段,从理论研究到临床诊断、治疗,已形成较为系统、完整的学科体系。耳穴疗法分为耳毫针法、耳穴埋针法、耳穴贴压法、放血疗法等,在临床上具有操作简便、起效快、疗效确切、不良反应少、易被患者所接受等优点。该文检索近年来关于耳穴疗法临床应用的相关文献,从失眠、高血压、便秘等临床常见病证阐述耳穴疗法的临床应用情况,旨在为今后的临床研究提供参考。

Auricular points are specific areas distributed on the ear that correspond to various parts of the human body.They can not only reflect the physiological and pathological conditions of the body,but also accept and conduct stimuli to regulate the body function.Auricular therapy is the method to prevent and treat diseases by stimulating the corresponding reaction area on the ear.Based on meridians and viscera of traditional medicine,and in combined with modern medical methods,auricular therapy has formed a comparatively systematic and complete discipline system from theoretical research to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Auricular therapy includes ear milli-acupuncture,auricular point embedding acupuncture,auricular point pressing,bloodletting,etc.Clinically,it has the advantages of simple operation,rapid onset of action,definite curative effect,few side effects,being easy to be accepted by patients,etc.After searching the relevant literature on the clinical application of auricular therapy in recent years,clinical application status of auricular therapy from common clinical diseases such as insomnia,hypertension and constipation were expounded in order to provide reference for future clinical research.
