摘要
为解决地方行业院校人才培养目标定位不明确、教学资源短缺且实践能力培养缺少校企联动、高校培养的专业人才与行业企业需求匹配度不高等问题,东华理工大学积极依托共建单位、相关行业企业、科研院所、学会协会组织,基于核学科专业建立了产教融合、多元协同育人模式,探索了产教融合、多元协同育人管理体系与运行机制,构建了产教融合、多元协同育人实践平台,实践效果非常明显,并可资其他地方行业院校核学科专业建设借鉴、参考。
In order to solve the problems of unclear positioning of talent training objectives,shortage of teaching resources,lack of school-enterprise linkage in practical ability training,and poor matching of nuclear professionals trained by colleges and universities with the needs of industry enterprises in local industry universities,this paper,taking East China University of Technology as an example,explores the production-education integration and multi-collaborative education model in local industry universities.Relying on co-construction units,related industry enterprises,scientific research institutes,associations and organizations,East China University of Technology has established a production-education integration and multi-collaborative education model based on nuclear discipline,and explores the management system and working mechanism of this model.The research results can provide reference for the construction of nuclear discipline in other local industry universities.
