摘要
地铁隧道在建设和运营过程中,由于影响因素复杂多变,会产生不均匀沉降等问题,因此采取合理的处置措施显得尤为必要。通过结合MJS工法、微扰动注浆和钢环加固等工法的特点,提出了一套对产生不均匀沉降的地铁隧道进行综合性整治的处置方法,并结合在建的杭州地铁3号线和已运营的1号线产生的实际工程问题,验证了本方法的有效性,结果表明,MJS联合微扰动施工对隧道的收敛变形及沉降整治具有良好的效果,其中MJS桩体主要起到限位、隔绝隧道的作用,微扰动注浆则对隧道已有病害进行整治改良,而钢环加固则进一步提升了隧道管片的刚度和稳定性。因此,该方法针对复杂环境下的产生不均匀沉降的隧道具有良好的整治效果,具有广阔的应用前景。
Owing to the complex and changeable influence factors,uneven settlement inevitably occurs during the construction and operation of subway tunnels,so it is particularly necessary to take reasonable disposal measures.In this paper,the MJS method,micro-disturbance grouting,and steel ring reinforcement are combined to put forward a set of comprehensive treatment methods for subway tunnels with an uneven settlement.Combined with the actual engineering problems of Hangzhou Metro Line 3 under construction and line 1 in operation,the effectiveness of this method was verified.The results show that the MJS method combined with micro-disturbance construction has a good effect on the convergence deformation and settlement control of the tunnel,in which the MJS pile mainly plays a role in limiting and isolating the tunnel.Micro-disturbance grouting is used to improve the existing tunnel diseases,and steel ring reinforcement is used to further improve the stiffness and stability of tunnel segments.Therefore,this method has a good effect on the tunnel with uneven settlement in a complex environment and has a broad application prospect.
