纳米改性聚硅氧烷重防腐涂料在潮湿环境中的涂装技术创新 被引量:4

摘要 针对后钢结构的腐蚀率超过5%,在潮湿环境中的腐蚀率甚至超过了10%的问题,设计了一种新的选煤厂钢结构防腐蚀涂装技术。以哈拉沟选煤厂为例,构建选煤厂钢结构防腐蚀涂装体系,引入纳米改性聚硅氧烷重防腐涂料形成两道底漆,通过高氯化聚乙烯不锈钢鳞片构建3道中间涂层,利用高氯化聚乙烯不锈钢鳞片建立2道防腐面漆。以软质胶粘剂为主要形式,设计防腐蚀涂料,将环氧胶粘剂应用在涂料的最外层,将不同层次的涂料分组开封,并通过环氧封闭漆可以作为最外部的双层面漆。实验结果表明,设计的选煤厂钢结构防腐蚀涂装技术更适合应用于潮湿环境,相比较于传统防腐蚀涂装技术,研究的防腐蚀涂装技术腐蚀面积更小。随着时间的增加,传统防腐蚀技术的抗防腐蚀能力越来越差,而研究的防腐蚀涂装技术依然具有很强的防腐能力,对潮湿环境有很好的针对性,更适合于实际应用工作中。 Aiming at the problem that the corrosion rate of steel structure is more than 5%and even more than 10%in humid environment,a new anti-corrosion coating technology for steel structure in coal preparation plant is designed.Taking Halagou coal preparation plant as an example,the anti-corrosion coating system for steel structure of coal preparation plant is constructed,nano modified polysiloxane heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating is introduced to form two primers,three intermediate coatings are constructed through epoxy micaceous iron intermediate paint and weather resistant finish paint,and two anti-corrosion finishes are established by high chlorinated polyethylene.The anti-corrosion coating is designed in the form of soft adhesive.The epoxy adhesive is applied to the outermost layer of the coating,the coatings at different levels are grouped and opened,and the epoxy sealing paint can be used as the outermost double-layer finish.The experimental results show that the designed anti-corrosion coating technology for steel structure of coal preparation plant is more suitable for wet environment.Compared with the traditional anti-corrosion coating technology,the corrosion area of the studied anti-corrosion coating technology is smaller.With the increase of time,the anti-corrosion ability of traditional anti-corrosion technology is getting worse and worse,while the anti-corrosion coating technology still has strong anti-corrosion ability,has good pertinence to the humid environment,and is more suitable for practical application.
