提升医学专业型研究生科研能力的教学实践与思考 被引量:6

摘要 医学硕士专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合是我国医学教育的重大改革,该培养模式的实施,使专业型研究生的临床能力显著提升,但也出现医学院校“重临床,轻科研”的培养偏差,以致走向工作岗位后科研能力略显不足。文章就目前专业型研究生科研能力培养现状及存在的问题进行分析,并试图通过培养研究生临床与科研并重的思想意识、打造学习型科室文化、研究生导师以身作则、引导研究生从临床问题中探索科研切入点、并建立临床、科研导师联合培养模式等举措,改善目前专业型研究生培养现状,进而全面提升科研能力。 The combination of postgraduate medicine degrees and residency training programs is a great change in Chinese medical education.This training method has significantly improved the clinical ability of postgraduates.However,there is also a training deviation in medical schools that“emphasizes clinical practice and neglects scientific research”,so that the scientific research ability is slightly insufficient after entering the hospital.The article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in postgraduate's research ability training.Through these strategies which include cultivating postgraduates balance the clinical and scientific research;creating a learning department culture;all the mentors set an example and lead by example;developing translational medicine,which begins from the clinical problems and then goes to the clinical bench;establishing a joint training model between clinical and scientific research.In order to improve the current status of postgraduates training,and then enhance scientific research capabilities.
