一体化核酸仪在HPV感染诊断中的价值

摘要 目的评估一体化核酸仪在人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染诊断中的价值。方法以传统HPV分型检测方法“核酸提取仪-PCR扩增仪-杂交仪”为参比组,以HPV全自动分型检测方法“一体化核酸仪”为考核组,两种方法同时检测73份HPV阳性标本和103例HPV阴性标本,比较两种检测方法的一致性,评估一体化核酸仪的临床检测性能。结果一体化核酸仪的检测性能与核酸提取仪-PCR扩增仪-杂交仪的检测性能一致,两者Kappa值为1。一体化核酸仪的灵敏度为100%,特异性为100%,交叉污染率为0,重复性符合率为100%。结论基于一体化核酸仪的HPV分型检测灵敏度、特异性、交叉污染率、重复性符合率均表现良好,在临床检测上具有一定的应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of an integrated nucleic acid workstation in HPV infection.Methods Using the traditional HPV typing detection method“nucleic acid extraction instrument-PCR amplification instrument-hybridization instrument”as the reference group,HPV automatic typing detection method“Integrated Nucleic Acid Analyzer”was assessed.Simultaneous detection was conducted in 73 HPV-positive specimens and 103 HPV-negative specimens by two methods.Evaluation of the clinical detection performance of the integrated nucleic acid instrument was then performed.Results The detection performance of the integrated nucleic acid instrument was consistent with the detection performance of the nucleic acid extraction instrument-PCR amplification instrument-hybridization instrument,and Kappa value of both was 1.The sensitivity of the integrated nucleic acid analyzer was 100%,while the specificity was 100%,the cross-contamination rate was 0,and the repeatability coincidence rate was 100%.Conclusion The HPV typing detection accuracy,specificity,cross-contamination rate,and repeatability coincidence rate based on the integrated nucleic acid instrument all perform well,suggesting certain application value in clinical detections.
