高熵合金相增强金属玻璃基复合材料的制备与性能

摘要 采用铜模吸铸法制备了由大块金属玻璃和高熵合金组成的双相复合材料,其名义成分为(Zr_(59)Ni_(21)Al_(20))_(90)(Ni_(2.1)TiAlFeCrCo_(0.8))_(10)。利用X射线衍射仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜、维氏硬度计、万能试验机等研究了复合材料的组织和性能。结果表明:该复合材料的压缩断裂强度为2.61 GPa,塑性应变达到了13.61%,远高于Zr_(59)Ni_(21)Al_(20)金属玻璃,还继承了金属玻璃优异的耐蚀性能。采用铜模吸铸法制备的双相复合材料兼具金属玻璃和高熵合金的优异性能。 A two-phase composite composed of bulk metallic glass and high-entropy alloy was prepared by copper mold suction casting method,and its nominal composition is(Zr_(59)Ni_(21)Al_(20))_(90)-(Ni_(2.1)TiAlFeCrCo_(0.8))_(10).The microstructure and properties of the composites were studied by X-ray diffractometer,differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope,Vickers tester and universal testing machine.The results showed that the fracture strength of the composite was 2.61 GPa,and the plastic strain reached 13.61% under compressive load,which was much higher than of Zr_(59)Ni_(21)Al_(20) metallic glass.Moreover,the composite inherited yet the excellent corrosion resistance of metallic glass.The two-phase composite prepared by copper mold suction casting method combined excellent properties of metal glass and high-entropy alloy.
