石油化工事故灭火救援处置能力的建设

石油化工行业由于所用原材料具有易燃易爆性质,且生产工艺具有很强的复杂性,很容易发生危险性较强的火灾事故,因此需要加强灭火救援处置能力建设。文章通过阐述石油化工火灾事故具有灾情危害大、火灾具有链锁性、事故类型多、处置难度大、环境污染和社会影响较大等特点,以及强化石油化工事故灭火救援处置能力建设的重要意义,进而分析了造成石油化工火灾事故的影响因素,并针对石油化工事故从加强专业技术方面的培训、制定事故救援处置能力保障体系、加强消防救援器材设置建设、丰富并充实实训内容等方面提出了加强灭火救援处置能力建设的有效措施。
