摘要
介绍了植物提取物的主要活性成分,阐述了植物提取物在水产品中的应用,提出了存在的问题及未来研究方向,为植物源活性物质在水产方面的应用与开发提供理论依据。
This paper introduces the main active ingredients of plant extracts,expounds the application of plant extracts in aquatic products,puts forward the existing problems and future research direction,and provides a theoretical basis for the application and development of plant-derived active substances in aquatic products.
