摘要
共同富裕是一项综合性的社会变革工程,职业教育在推动共同富裕建设中大有可为。基于共同富裕建设的基本语境,职业教育具有以人才培养提升普惠性人力资本水平、以技术创新服务助力产业兴旺、以公共服务共享促进社会公平、以文化基因赋能人民群众精神富足、以跨界特色的全域融合推进社会治理等助推共同富裕的价值内涵。加强重点领域人才培养力度、推动产业导向技能体系构建、优化公共资源供给与分配、厚植公益与反哺文化、营造多元主体协同治理生态等具体行动是助推共同富裕的可为路径。
Common prosperity is a comprehensive social reform project, in which vocational education has lots of things to do.Specifically, vocational education ensures that human capital benefits all by talents cultivation, promotes industrial prosperity by technological innovation, realizes social equity by sharing public services, enriches people’s spirit by cultural empowerment, and improves social governance by cross-border integration. Accordingly, this study puts forward the action paths for vocational education to promote the common prosperity. Actions are strengthening talents cultivation in key fields, promoting the construction of industry-oriented skill system, optimizing the supply and the distribution of public resources, cultivating public welfare culture,encouraging cultural feedback, and creating a multi-agent coordinated ecological governance.
