摘要
随着我国城镇化建设步伐的不断加快,道路新建或改造项目与既有运营铁路的交集趋于密集。涉铁市政工程具有项目设计难度大、建设周期紧、涉及部门多、管理数据杂等特点,亟需基于BIM技术提出一揽子信息化解决方案。针对涉铁市政工程特点,重点围绕数字化设计、数字孪生集成展示、建设管理系统和智能建造4个方面,构建涉铁市政工程项目信息化应用技术体系;从核心构成及架构设计、数据库设计、客户端系统、服务端系统4个方面,论述建设管理系统的实现,为涉铁市政工程开展基于BIM的信息化提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,road construction or reconstruction projects become closely related to existing railways in operation.Railway-related municipal Engineering projects is characterized by high difficulties in design,tight construction schedule,involvement of many departments,and complex management data.It is urgent to develop a package of IT solutions based on BIM technology.According to the characteristics of railway-related municipal engineering projects,an IT-based application technology system is established,focusing on four aspects,i.e.digital design,digital twin integrated display,construction management system,and intelligent construction;The implementation of the construction management system is explored from four aspects,i.e.core composition and architecture design,database design,client system,and server system,providing a reference for BIM-based IT solutions of railway-related municipal engineering projects.
