摘要
NK细胞在先天性免疫和适应性免疫中发挥关键作用,探究NK细胞的新亚型和异质性有助于了解NK细胞的不同功能。单细胞测序技术能够无偏倚地对单个细胞进行分析,目前单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)已广泛应用于多个领域,尤其是在免疫学方面。该文总结了利用scRNA-seq技术进行NK细胞研究的策略,讨论了通过scRNA-seq技术揭示的NK细胞在不同组织中的异质性和功能。
NK cells play critical roles in innate and adaptive immunity.Exploring novel subtypes and heterogeneity of NK cells will promote the understanding of the different functions of NK cells.Single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq),which provides unbiased analysis of individual cells,has been widely used in numerous fields,especially immunology.In this review,we summarized the strategies to study NK cells using scRNA-seq and discussed NK cell heterogeneity and function revealed by scRNA-seq in different tissues.
