解毒生肌膏治疗糖尿病难愈合创面的有效性分析

Effectiveness Analysis of Jiedu Shengji Ointment in Treating Refractory Diabetic Wound

目的:通过使用解毒生肌膏治疗糖尿病难愈合创面患者,观察中药临床促进难愈合创面的有效性。方法:将符合纳入标准的68例糖尿病难愈合创面患者,按随机数字表法平均分为治疗组和对照组。2组患者在常规治疗基础上,对照组患者使用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏进行干预,治疗组患者使用解毒生肌膏换药观察,每日换药1次,治疗过程中观察28d内治疗组、对照组患者创面愈合情况、临床治疗效果、肉芽组织新生情况。结果:治疗28d后,治疗组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合率显著高于对照组患者(P<0.01);对照组患者治疗7d、14d与治疗前比较,均明显增高(P<0.05),治疗组患者治疗7d、14d、21d与治疗前比较,均明显增高(P<0.05);与对照组患者比较,治疗组患者在治疗前、治疗7d、治疗14d、治疗28d,新生肉芽组织评分比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),仅在治疗21d时新生肉芽组织显著增加(P<0.05)。结论:解毒生肌膏可促进糖尿病难愈合创面肉芽组织新生,加速糖尿病难愈合创面愈合,临床疗效显著,具备临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine in promoting refractory diabetic wounds by using Jiedu Shengji ointment.Methods:68patients with refractory diabetic wounds who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with sulfadiazine silver cream,and the treatment group was treated with Jidu Shengji ointment once a day.During the treatment process,the wound healing,clinical treatment effect and granulation tissue regeneration of the treatment group and the control group were observed within 28days.Results:After 28days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The wound healing rate was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);In the control group,7dand 14dafter treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).In the treatment group,7d,14d and 21dafter treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the score of new granulation tissue in the treatment group before treatment,7days after treatment,14days after treatment and 28days after treatment(P>0.05),and the new granulation tissue increased significantly only after 21days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiedu Shengji ointment can promote the regeneration of granulation tissue and accelerate the healing of non-healing diabetic wounds.It has significant clinical effect and has the value of clinical application.
