摘要
脊髓外伤后,损伤组织会发生一系列病理事件,包括出血性坏死、缺血、水肿、炎症、神经元吞噬等。在成年哺乳动物的脊髓损伤中,缺乏自发的修复机制对损伤修复产生负面影响,所以内源性保护成为中枢神经系统损伤修复的策略。本文结合脊髓损伤病理生理学机制对内源性保护在脊髓损伤中的研究进展做一综述。
After spinal cord injury,a series of pathological events will occur in the injured tissue,including hemorrhagic necrosis,ischemia,edema,inflammation,neuronal phagocytosis,etc.In adult mammalian spinal cord injury,the lack of spontaneous repair mechanism has a negative impact on the repair of injury,so endogenous protection has become a strategy for the repair of central nervous system injury.This article reviews the research progress of endogenous protection in spinal cord injury based on the pathophysiology of spinal cord injury.
