滋肾育胎丸与地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血临床观察

Clinical Observation on Zishen Yutai PillCombined with Didrogesterone in the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion Complicated with Subchorionic Hemorrhage

目的探讨滋肾育胎丸与地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血的临床效果。方法选择2019年8月—2020年12月早期先兆性流产合并绒毛膜下出血患者102例为研究对象,用随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各51例,对照组行地屈孕酮治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加滋肾育胎丸治疗。比较2组的临床疗效、腹痛持续时间、阴道流血持续时间、阴道流血量和不良反应。结果观察组总有效率94.12%(48/51)明显高于对照组的84.31%(43/51)(P<0.05)。观察组腹痛持续时间、阴道流血持续时间和阴道流血量优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组出现恶心呕吐、头痛和乳房肿胀等不良反应的发生率17.65%(9/51)明显低于对照组25.49%(13/51)(P<0.05)。结论给予早期先兆性流产合并绒毛膜下出血患者滋肾育胎丸治疗临床效果较佳,能改善患者腹痛持续时间、阴道流血持续时间和阴道流血量,降低不良反应的发生率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Yutai pillcombined with Didrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hemorrhage.Methods From August 2019 to December 2020,102 cases of threatened abortion with subchorionic hemorrhage were selected.Using random numbers,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diproprogesterone,and the observation group was given Zishen Yutai pills.The clinical effect,abdominal pain duration,vaginal bleeding duration,vaginal bleeding volume and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%(48/51),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.31%,43/51),P<0.05.The duration of abdominal pain,duration of vaginal bleeding and amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,headache and breast swelling in the observation group was 17.65%(9/51)significantly lower than 25.49%(13/51)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Yutai pill for patients with early threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hemorrhage can obtain high clinical efficacy,improve the duration of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding duration and vaginal bleeding volume,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
