基层医疗机构超声工作现状调查及对策研究

Investigation on the status quo and countermeasures study of ultrasonic work in primary medical institutions

目的 通过对南通市基层医疗机构超声工作现状的调查分析,探讨新形势下提升基层超声服务能力及推进基层超声工作发展的对策。方法 采用自行设计的问卷随机调查2020年4—8月南通市7县(市、区)58家一级医院和社区卫生服务中心超声工作情况。结果 调查超声从业人员157人,拥有超声执业医师占比63.1%;超声执业医师中、高级职称占比58.6%;超声执业医师本科学历占比61.6%;年龄36~49岁占比61.6%。超声设备以国产为主,占76.4%。开展项目以腹部超声为主,部分单位开展小器官及经腔内妇科检查。业务开展中体检占56.2%,以两癌筛查和老年人体检为主。结论 该市基层超声执业医师有一定的学历基础和专业职称,能够达到区域质控要求,也有能力开展超声新技术项目,推动基层超声医学学科发展。基层医疗机构的超声工作只要明确定位,专业人员积极主动,不断提升自身能力,必将在新型医疗服务模式中发挥更大作用。

Objective To explore the countermeasures to improve the primary ultrasonic service ability and promote the development of primary ultrasonic work under the new situation,based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of ultrasound work in primary medical institutions in Nantong City.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to randomly survey the ultrasound work in 58 first-level hospitals and community health service centers in 7 counties(cities,districts)in Nantong City from April to August 2020.Results A total of 157 ultrasound practitioners were investigated,of which certificated ultrasound practitioners accounted for 63.1%.The middle and senior professional titles of ultrasound practitioners accounted for 58.6%;the proportion of Bachelor degree of ultrasound practitioners was 61.6%;the age of 36-49 years old accounted for 61.6%.Ultrasonic equipment was mainly made in our country,accounting for 76.4%.The main projects carried out was abdominal ultrasound,and some units carried out small organ and intraluminal gynecological examination.Physical examination accounted for 56.2% in business development,mainly including two cancer screening and physical examination of the elderly.Conclusion This city’s primary ultrasound practitioners had certain educational background and professional titles,which could meet the requirements of regional quality control,and also have the ability to carry out new ultrasound technology projects,promote the development of primary ultrasound medicine discipline.As long as the ultrasound work of primary medical institutions had a clear positioning,professionals were proactive and constantly improved their own capabilities,it would surely play a greater role in the new medical service model.
