数字化交班管理系统的设计与应用

Realization and Application of Digital Shift Management System

针对南宁卷烟厂制丝车间依然使用纸质单据对生产信息和数据进行流转这一现象,本研究设计出数字化交班管理信息系统。该系统通过接口来获取MES系统的工单信息,以及与工单相关的水分、温度等生产过程中的工艺数据。在获得的数据的基础上,设计出生产、质量、设备维修、生产过程分析4大模块,可实现系统维修呼叫、数字化交班、生产记录信息化等功能。该系统通过安装在车间的现场管理终端来实现车间员工对系统的访问,从而完成作业流程。该系统解决了长期以来生产记录查找效率低、生产统计报表缺失等问题,对生产过程中的数据分析进行对比,助力企业生产决策,提高生产作业效率,实现生产信息的数字化。

Aiming at the phenomenon that Nanning Cigarette Factory still uses paper documents to transfer production information and data,this study designs a digital shift management information system.The system obtains the work order information of the MES system through the interface,as well as the process data in the production process such as moisture and temperature related to the work order.On the basis of the obtained data,four modules of production,quality,equipment maintenance and production process analysis are designed,which can realize the functions of system maintenance call,digital shift,production record information and so on.The system realizes the access of the workshop staff to the system through the on-site management terminal installed on the workshop site,so as to complete the operation process.The system solves the problems of low efficiency of production record search and lack of production statistical reports for a long time.It compares the data analysis in the production process,helps enterprises make production decisions,improves production efficiency,and promotes the digitization of production information.
